A professional VR training platform built on real digital twins. Ultra-realistic smoke, fire and visibility constraints, teamwork, command control and after-action review.
The world is 3D — and the tools we use for planning, analysis, and decision‑making should be, too. A digital twin is not just a “nice render”. It’s a measurable, shared context that helps teams align faster and act with less ambiguity.
When teams rely on flat maps, screenshots, or outdated drawings, they lose spatial intuition — the kind that matters in the field. A high‑fidelity digital twin restores that intuition: it provides true scale, real geometry, and a single source of truth that everyone can see.
That clarity translates into better coordination across security operations, surveying, architecture, asset management, and simulations of any kind. Instead of “interpreting” a plan, you can walk the environment virtually, validate lines of sight, measure clearances, and communicate decisions with confidence.
“We need to plan access routes, staging areas, and camera coverage — now.” With a digital twin, the team walks the site virtually, validates visibility, checks constraints, and shares the same picture in minutes — not hours. In critical moments, clarity wins.
The biggest value of a digital twin is not the render — it’s the shared understanding.
In a real fire, it’s too late to “figure out what works”. Stress, spatial orientation, communication, and discipline decide outcomes. Every year firefighters are injured and lose their lives on duty — yet only a small fraction can rehearse high‑risk conditions repeatedly.
Real incidents are rare — and that’s exactly the problem. Many teams never experience complex smoke behavior, rapidly changing visibility, or the time pressure that breaks routines. When conditions collapse, muscle memory and communication habits matter more than raw knowledge.
VR makes those moments repeatable and safe. You can drill inside the buildings local teams protect, in tunnels, or in hazardous industrial sites — until correct behavior becomes instinct. Better training improves decision speed, reduces mistakes, and increases the chance of successful outcomes.
A crew enters a familiar building — except today visibility collapses within seconds, routes disappear, and the space turns hostile. The commander coordinates, the team searches and rescues, and decisions must be made immediately. Inferno XR rehearses these moments safely — until the team’s response becomes automatic.
More repetitions before the real incident. Better preparation leads to better decisions — and safer outcomes.
End-to-end production: capture → clean → optimize → deliver. We focus on correctness, scale, and visual quality — so the twin is immediately usable for planning, visualization, simulation and training.
Fast capture of large outdoor areas (sites, plants, campuses). We plan flights for coverage and precision, then build a high-detail spatial model with consistent scale and alignment.
High-fidelity interior and detail capture using handheld laser scanners. Ideal for corridors, staircases, rooms, equipment zones and tight spaces where realism matters.
Cleaning, alignment, and optimization for your target runtime (web, desktop, VR). We also prepare collision-friendly assets when the twin is used inside interactive training.
Outputs tailored to your pipeline — from classic meshes to streaming-friendly tiles and emerging formats.
Drone operations for documentation, marketing visuals, inspections and specialized missions.
Aerial imagery for factories, sites and assets — structured deliverables ready for reports, planning and PR.
Smooth, modern visuals: hero shots, flyovers, reveal sequences — consistent style aligned to your brand.
Thermal-assisted scouting to help locate wildlife in high grass before mowing operations.
Thermal inspections for roofs, facades and selected equipment — focused on actionable outputs.
A professional VR training platform (not a game): real environments, real constraints, real teamwork. Built on digital twins created by Eidolon Twin and enriched with interactive and hazard layers.
Eidolon Twin captures your facility — both exterior and interior — and transforms it into a high-fidelity digital twin. By combining advanced scanning workflows with next-generation technologies such as Gaussian Splatting, we are able to recreate real environments with unprecedented visual detail, depth, and spatial accuracy.
Gaussian Splatting represents complex scenes using dense volumetric samples, preserving fine textures, subtle lighting cues, and spatial continuity that traditional mesh pipelines often lose during optimization. The outcome is a digital environment that feels natural and true to life, while remaining practical for real-time visualization and interactive use.
The result is not just a 3D model, but a true digital replica of your building — faithful in scale, geometry, and layout. Every corridor, staircase, room, and structural element is represented exactly as it exists in reality.
Once the digital twin is created, it is transformed into a fully operational simulation environment inside Inferno XR. Through the Environment Editor and Fire Annotation modules, the static 3D replica is enriched with physical behavior, interactivity, and hazard intelligence.
The environment is equipped with a complete collision system, allowing firefighters to move naturally through spaces, react to obstacles, and experience realistic spatial constraints. Walls, floors, ceilings, doors, staircases, and structural elements become interactive and physically present — exactly as in the real building.
At the same time, instructors can annotate and configure key building components: doors with different resistance and leakage behavior, ventilation systems and airflow routes, lighting circuits, emergency systems, and fire suppression technologies. Environmental parameters such as light sources, smoke movement, heat propagation, and air circulation are defined to reflect real operational conditions.
Using the Scenario and Timeline Editor, dynamic incidents are then created on top of this enriched environment. Designers can place fire ignition points, define different fire and smoke behaviors, trigger explosions, power outages, lighting failures, and structural events — all evolving over time according to realistic physical logic.
Firefighter entry timing, scenario progression, and event sequences are controlled along a detailed timeline, enabling the creation of both simple training situations and highly complex emergency scenarios.
Once the environment and scenarios are prepared, training takes place inside the Inferno XR virtual reality simulation. Firefighters are equipped with VR headsets and move naturally using omnidirectional treadmills, enabling full-scale, immersive navigation through the digital twin.
Each firefighter can freely turn 360 degrees, look around, and perceive the environment exactly as in a real incident. The physical movement on the treadmill introduces real exertion and fatigue, closely replicating the physical demands of real firefighting operations.
Inside the simulation, firefighters are exposed to realistic fire and smoke behavior that dynamically affects visibility, orientation, and decision-making. Confined spaces, reduced sightlines, and rapidly changing conditions create authentic operational pressure.
Firefighters can use virtual equipment such as flashlights, interact with doors and obstacles, and communicate continuously with the incident commander via an integrated radio system within Inferno XR. Additional physiological monitoring systems — such as heart rate sensors — can be connected to track physical stress and performance in real time.
The incident commander prepares and launches scenarios from the command module, monitors all firefighters live within the 3D environment, and coordinates the operation as it unfolds. The commander can guide teams, introduce new events, adjust conditions, and restart missions to repeat specific situations or increase difficulty.
Following each training session, Inferno XR provides a comprehensive debriefing and performance evaluation. This phase is just as critical as the live simulation itself, transforming the experience into measurable learning outcomes.
Through the Debriefing module, the entire incident can be replayed in detail — either from the perspective of individual firefighters in first-person view or from a third-person tactical overview of the entire building.
Instructors and teams can analyze movement trajectories of every firefighter, reviewing where they traveled, how long they remained in specific areas, and how effectively rooms and zones were searched. This makes it possible to identify missed spaces, inefficient routes, unnecessary delays, or moments where faster action could have improved outcomes.
The system tracks key operational results such as victim discovery and rescue, evacuation times, resuscitation actions, and overall mission success. Critical infrastructure elements — such as gas cylinders, electrical panels, evacuation elevators, and key safes — can be reviewed to assess whether teams located and secured them in time.
By visualizing decisions, timing, coordination, and outcomes along a detailed incident timeline, Inferno XR enables objective evaluation, targeted feedback, and continuous improvement of both individual firefighters and entire teams.
